Oh yeah!!! There are still more than one pair of old sneakers and rubber boots that my girlfriend doesn't wear anymore because they're worn out. Soon they will all be burned :wink:

It may seem like an odd question? And I am so what making an assumption that you maybe either an or in America somewhere, is that correct, apologies if that is not the case and please ignore me.

It does seem to me though that Americans for some reason own an inordinate amount of rubber boots,far more than anyone in the UK would ever own unless maybe they were a farmer. I just wondered is there some reason for this as they not the most fashionable item of footwear. I just wondered if there was some cultural aspect of American life that lends itself to wearing prolific amounts of these rubber boots?

I burned the old sneakers in the fireplace, so the quality of the image is duller :roll:
