Good update. Pity you could not get the heels this time but just in the future. Those boots seem to go really well the fire eating them up, I bet the flames found them very tasty indeed.
Look at the way the fire licked those innocent little converse shoes slowly tasting them before deciding they were super yummy and going for the kill and devouring them. I have seen my cat doing similar play with it's prey before finally eating it.

What a great fire of rubber ! The pics are very impressive! Their old sneakers have also burned down. The soles, the canvas uppers, the rubber caps all blaze very well! Have you already shown them how their old sneakers burn so well ?

One question and as a person who does not generally go for the burning of shoes I do not know the answer; but are there any occasions or any types of rubber or synthetic boots that will actually melt and form puddles of whatever they are made of when exposed to extremes of heat in the furnace as opposed to just burning? If so what types of shoes are best for that, I am imagining those rubbery jelly type shoes like you would wear to the seashore or the posher equivalents?

plastic boots on fire heat up and melt funny, but with the flames reaching them, they catch fire and burn pretty quickly... it was funny
but I don't want to burn any more because this plastic fire creates toxic fumes.

I found another old rubber boot that somehow escaped the fire. I had to make a fire so that it too turned into ashes.
