I wonder if anybody know of any forum dedicated to discussing the psychological and medical aspects of shoe fetish.
I deduce from this information:
http://podiatry.org.mt/en/footfacts.htm
http://www.footdoctorsnj.com/blog/tag/shoes/
that wearing shoes beyond its useful life without Dr Scholls insoles and inserts could have significant health consequences in the long term.
I wonder if that could be the reason why some of the best and most all-embracing youtube channels for shoe fetishists (in my opinion): Mtn Maiden, Shoeflexing, Paigearoo2, etc, no longer exist.

I think the reason why they did that was anti-sex morality.
Americans are still considered by and large a puritanical society, according to Durex Global Research:

I am aware that ethnologists have concluded that only three cultures are completely free of anti-sex repression, Melanesia, Polynesia, and India:

I always had a deep interest in understand what Bible teach us on sex. Studied the Gospel of Q, King James Version, Catholic Holy Writ, etc, just to arrive to this conclusion:
1. Lessons are consistent with a threating pre-anticonception age.
2. All dogmas are beyond human reason. Even, today don’t exist a consistent philosophical theory of moral based on pure logic.
The universal censorship of eroticism scares. That vast dimension is an inherent aspect of philosophy, art, literature, and psychology. But remains mostly unexplored and arid.

In fact, the uncritical acceptance of religion could be classified as a lethal social disease:
