if no one wears them, you can put them on fire.
rubberboots burn wonderfully well !
Plastic boots in the fire twist and melt and then burn. The smoke when they burn is polluting but it's even worse to abandon them in nature.

Could you make so e holes in the bottom and use as planters out in the garden for flowers or something like carrots or potatoes that need a little depth of soil? Got to be less polluting than burning them.

It's not plastic, it's rubber, it should burn very well. Will there be people who want to see how these women's rubber boots burn?

a big bonfire with old boots! they burned very well.
You can also do it with old shoes
