Muddy High Heels

They burned a lot of sneakers. A real shoe crematorium. The stove eats shoes and is constantly hungry.

Sneakers are not my favorite for burning. I like slip-ons, sandals, and boots.

It's a pity that the film is short. They may have burned other shoes as well. I wonder why they burned them. The stove is a cauldron, it's a pity you can't clearly see the burning shoes.

Do we know what is being said in this video as I do not understand the language they are using? Looks like this is in Ecuador, what language is it they are speaking?
I guess the fire brigade has for some reason been called, did that stack of shoes just combust somehow, did the locals want to incinerate them for some reason but the authorities did not, what is actually happening?

Some children lit them into fire using gasoline.
As I was a child in the sixties we did the same with a discarded heap of shoes jus using gasoline as well. The heap was not that large but consisted of about a hundred lof pairs.
