Hi,
A friend wants to make some modifications to some shoes for me, but he needs to know whats inside platform soles.
Are they solid or hollow? I have looked through some of the threads and couldnt find anything
The shoes are "new look" either squared off or point toes.
I cant find the same sort on the new look website, but its the sort that are concealed like these...

Point taken, I was only asking as someone might know the answer.
I take it no-one would be interested in seeing the floor damage vids we were planning after it was modified?

Always happy to see abused footwear, not sure abused floors is what these forums are about.

Well, from every single pair that I have torn apart I can tell you that Platform shoes rarely ever have a solid sole, the inside of the sole is usually full of small airspaces, with a piece of thick cardboard glued on top...
