Muddy High Heels

I have several pairs in my closet that I am no longer interested in, but could still make me happy if I destroy them. I decided to hold two votes on three forums. In the first one, you will rank the heels you like. In the second one, you will vote for their method of execution.

Almost all of the heels are missing a pair, as the second one was either destroyed earlier or found without a pair.

Various methods of execution will be used - burning, running over by a car, being dragged along the road by a car on a rope, drowning in mud/river, leaving in the forest to slowly deteriorate. Perhaps you will suggest something else while the first vote is in progress.
