An Illusion of Protection?

Post by PCJ »

Yes, we all know that zippered boots are not waterproof, that water finds its way into them quite easily, and a significant percentage of the active participants here find the flooding of tall (oops, almost forgot the high-heel part) boots to be a turn-on in itself.

This question is probably not for those folks:
(examples: 18 second clips

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zXNb9TCk1xk

and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TmvbeXZZkmI (6 min w/sound))

When viewing videos like these and similar pics, do you ever take the knowledge that the boots aren't actually waterproof, and stuff it waaaay in the deepest recesses of your mind, imagining instead that these women are actually wading through deep mud and water without getting themselves wet?
(provided, of course they don't spoil the illusion by going over the boot tops like most other videos in this particular youtube collection)

Hmm... 1833 pageviews, two replies, and no answers.

I'll take that as a resounding "no" :P

Oh well, at least I can still do artwork depicting the situation I described--for my own enjoyment.
