Mass-destruction of Louboutins

Post by HeelsForever » Sat Aug 18, 2012 1:22 am

Just read this article about customs in the US where they have found thousands of Louboutin-fakes. And yes - they are all to be destroyed...

The article is in norwegian, but I guess you like the picture - and there are probably other articles around regarding the same subject.... The headline reads: shoes for 18 milllion dollars confiscated. That's 20.457 pairs (!) of beautiful high heels that are all to die....

Anyway, kinda exciting to think of the destruction-process....

From an article I just found...

"The Louboutin shoes were shipped from three different importers on the dates of July 27 and August 14.

What will happen with the counterfeit Christian Louboutins now? Authorities plan on burning all of them."

WooHoo!!

Some short glimpses of the massive amount of soon-to-be-burning shoes in the video at the bottom of this article...

Guess there will be more about this around - seems to pop up all over in the news..

What an insanely sexy thought - that all this beautiful shoes are going up in flames....

Yepp, I totally agree. This is the only place where every single shoe is 100% guaranteed to be permanently destroyed..... :D

Even though I find the idea of all shoes shoes burning to ashes very.... inspiring, it still is somewhat of a waste to burn them all. We could put them through so much more fun in the process of destruction. And if the government should insist, we would happily comply and burn the remains....
