I know, the news is not fresh anymore but I do want to express my grief at the loss of James Brown. The man was one of the anchors of modern music. He stood at the cradle of funk, Rock 'n' Roll, R 'n' B and many more streams of music.

Sadly he joined the big jam session in heaven along with the likes of Jimi Hendrix, Keith Moon and Marvin Gaye. I hope some day to be upthere in the audience.


James, you'll be sadly missed.
