Posting pics?

All my uploaded pics are getting cut off. I like being able to put the actual pic in the post and not just a link. Can anyone explain what I am doing wrong? It seems the forum used to have its own uploader, whereas now I need to go through photobucket or something. Can anyone help please?

the uploader works. i just tested it below. when posting, click the UPLOAD ATTACHMENT tab below the message box.
forum should show small version of large photos or else large photos will make messages hard to view.
