searching for a film name

hi, do any of you remember a 1950's ish film, something like the doctor in the house type comedies where a female actress was watching a kids football match on a muddy grassy field, as she walk onto the pitch at the end her shoes got sucked off in the mud so she picked them up and walked across the field in her stockings?
