Kuikens is a dutch site dedicated to all public parties in Holland and Belgium (and some on Spain).
It show pics from 2005 up today with all of these parties (over 45,000 high quality pics)
But what is important to us?. That about 80% of the pics are taken fullbody, so you can see all the shoes that women wore that night.
Mostly are young parties, I think from teenagers up to 40 years old.
You can find foam parties, wet shower parties, sand parties, etc.
And of course, just for the voyeurs (included me), you can see women wearing all types of shoes.
On the last two months I've been looking to all of them, download exactly 1,076 pics for my collection (these are only of classic pumps, so imagine the rest)
As there are young girls, there are lots of ballerinas, for those guys who like them (not me).

Here you choose a year, then choose a month, and there you have the parties; in each one you have from 1 up to 10 pages depending the party; and if you click the thumbnail, you go to the pic's page, where if you click again, it opens another page with the full quality (here you can right-click to download or left-click to close the page).

I also think on all of you, so I appended to my favourites all the wet pics I found, and some mess pics, but you can find more, specially on the sand parties.
I put the pics in the bigger quality.
