Are they rubber or plastic? They look like very nice burners , but maybe you should maltreat them before setting them on fire Cooking them would be a nice idea, or treat them with a blow-torch

Can't say, I've never burned polyurethane boots , but from what you say, I think they could have been PVC. They melt, heat up and, when they catch fire, they burn pretty wildly . You might compare with my topic on plastic wellies

Yes Gymshoelover, i took photos !
Watch as the boots melt, drip into fire ! After one minute, they burn widly ! My daughter liked to burn these old boots, it was funny
but I don't want to burn any more because this plastic fire creates toxic fumes. I prefer to burn rubberboots. I think these boots could have been PVC.
