Heels: 9 cm or 3.5'' min
I thought I'd share this fun story with you. In Russia (and turns out in other European countries and Australia) there is as tradition to race on heels!
Some women even tape their shoes to their feet so they don't fall off.
Imagine the impact on those stilettos!
Women even fly in from different cities to have a chance to compete. Prizes are symbolic, like gift certificates to salons, but the experience is unforgettable.

Dude, you are crazy! Yes, it's been going on for a long time, started in Germany, I think. But it's FORTUNATE! It's great that they do it. And every city puts their own great twist on it. It's not the same every year.
Here, for example - run for only blond girls.

They had to run through puddles.

The story here is that it rained on the day of the run.
But girls didn't want to cancel it, they still wanted to compete through puddles. So here they are, running through puddles in their high heels.
